Service fell short at breakfast

Duo Hotel Lisbon impressed with its aesthetically pleasing design and central location. Particularly Diego and David. Our spacious room offered amazing views.

The breakfast service was unfortunately horrendous. We faced long waits for our meals and struggled to get cutlery or plates. One morning, our egg order took over half an hour to arrive, leading to unnecessary frustration.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room had fine views. We loved the in-room breakfast, it was perfect for lazy mornings. Just wish the snack bar had more options, but everything else was spot on 🏨🌅
